Vanha maatila Virtain Vaskuulla.
Kolmesta kiinteistöstä muodostuva, metsää, peltoa ja vanhan talouskeskuksen käsittävä maatila. Tilojen yhteenlaskettu kiinteistörekisterin mukainen pinta-ala on 22,2487 hehtaaria. Tilat Hietala ja Mettisiankorpi sijaitsevat rajanaapureina toisiinsa nähden. Puhtaan metsäalueen käsittävä tila Vehmaanneva sijaitsee noin 1,2 kilometrin päässä maatilan talouskeskukselta. Taimikkovaltaiset puustot omaavien tilojen metsäpinta-ala on yhteensä noin 18,2 hehtaaria. Ainespuumäärä on yhteensä noin 972m3. Puustot ovat mäntyvaltaisia. Tilojen yhteenlaskettu peltopinta-ala on noin 2,91 hehtaaria. Pellot ovat vuokrattuina määräaikaisella sopimuksella, joka on voimassa 31.12.2030 saakka. Pellot ovat maataloustukien osalta korvauskelpoisia. Tilan Hietala metsäalueen keskellä sijaitsee pieni riistapelto, joka ei ole normaalissa viljelyssä, eikä sisälly edellä mainittuun peltopinta-alaan. Tilan talouskeskus käsittää päärakennuksen, navetan ja varastorakennuksen. Päärakennus on ollut asumattomana ja kylmillään noin 15 vuotta. Rakennuksessa on mm. laajat homevauriot, jonka vuoksi se ei ole enää korjattavissa. Päärakennus on siis purkukuntoinen. Navettarakennus on hyvin iäkäs. Siinä on merkittäviä laho- ja routavaurioita. Navetta on myös purkukuntoinen. Pihamaalla sijaitseva 60m²:n kokoinen varastorakennus on valmistunut noin 20 vuotta sitten. Se on hyvässä ja ryhdikkäässä käyttökunnossa esim. maa- ja metsätalouden varastorakennukseksi. Tilat sijaitsevat erittäin hyvien teiden ääressä, joten tieyhteydet eivät aseta tämän kohteen osalta maa- ja metsätalouden harjoittamiselle rajoitteita. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
